A PRACTICAL PATH TO AI

Start with one job.
Make it count.

You don’t need to automate the whole business. You need a useful first workflow, a clear definition of success, and someone who can put it into practice.

From recurring task
to reliable routine.

We connect business judgment with hands-on technical implementation.

Talk through your first workflow
01

Map the work

We learn how the job gets done today: the steps, tools, people, exceptions, and approvals. Together, we identify where repetitive work is taking up time.

02

Choose a measurable first win

Define one role or workflow, its starting point, and the result to track. Time saved, reporting frequency, and follow-through are useful measures when they match the job.

03

Connect and train your agent

We configure access to the agreed systems, build the workflow, and train it with your business context. Available integrations depend on your actual software and permissions.

04

Test it with your team

Review sample outputs, work through exceptions, and set human approval points. Your team learns how to use the workflow and when to step in.

05

Monitor, update, and expand deliberately

Ongoing service covers technology updates, monitoring, weekly live webinar/check-in access, and continued training for one designated seat. Bring your agent and skills questions each week. A monthly check-in reviews agent use and efficiency. A monthly support, agent update, or skills/training request, or an update from our team, is included within the agreed scope to help keep your agents updated, utilized, and efficient. New workflows, departments, and substantial expansions are scoped as separate implementations.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few things
you might wonder.

What is AI agent implementation?

AI agent implementation means configuring software to carry out an agreed business workflow using your existing tools, data, and permissions. A Day Back scopes the task, connects supported systems, configures and tests the agent, and trains your team to use it with appropriate human review.

Which businesses and workflows are a good fit?

We focus on small and midsize businesses with recurring administrative, financial reporting, sales follow-up, or project coordination work. Construction and professional services are examples. We assess your software access and workflow before promising an integration. Explore our AI automation solutions and implementation pricing.

How long does the first implementation take?

The initial scope typically covers one role or workflow and four meetings totaling five hours of implementation and coaching: one two-hour kickoff and three weekly one-hour follow-ups. Calendar timing depends on system access, complexity, and your team’s readiness. We agree on scope before starting.

Do we have to replace our software?

We start with the tools you already use. We assess the actual product, edition, available access, and workflow before recommending a connection or an alternative.

Will the agent make decisions on its own?

Authority is defined for each workflow. Tasks involving payments, sensitive changes, or other consequential actions can require human review. More training does not automatically mean more authority.

What happens after the first workflow?

We review the results and identify the next useful opportunity. Additional roles, workflows, and departments are scoped and priced separately.
